We can accommodate up to 19 guests (we have 16 beds + 3 extra beds) in rooms furnished in the style of Grandma's living room in the attic with a combination of antique and contemporary furniture.
You can stay with us in a total of 7 rooms with a total capacity of 16 beds (+3 extra beds). In the attic there are 4 double rooms, one twin room and a stylish open-plan apartment with a spa bath and an original fireplace in the room. On the first floor there is a quadruple room "Studio" with kitchenette and a living room with kitchen, fireplace and billiards.
Double no.1 is an attic double room.
The room overlooks the roofs of the surrounding houses, the city walls and you can see all the way to the tower of St. James at the castle.
Twin no.2 is a small attic room with twin beds made of solid oak. If you want to be closer, it's not a problem to bring them together.
Through the skylights you can see directly to the tower of the Holy Spirit.
Double no.3 is a bit smaller than the rooms in the gable part of the attic, but it is (according to us ...) the cutest of all. The Tower of the Holy Spirit, you have in the skylights in the palm of your hand. When you lean out of the window a little, you can see them all the way to the square.
Double no.4 has a window in the south gable wall of our house, so you can certainly imagine how beautiful light flows into the room. From the window there is a view high above the roofs of the surrounding houses and the adjacent ponds. You will also see the beautiful shingled roof of the Upper Gate. Two skylights show the Romanesque tower of the Holy Spirit in all its beauty. We offer the room as a double as standard, but it is possible to add an extra bed on request. If you plan to come in threes and squeeze under the slope, write them down
Double no.5 is a bit of a special room, which we did not rent at first, because it was "our" private. That's why the black bathroom, which was created years ago on request.
The studio is a quadruple (not only) family room on the first floor of the pension. It has a double bed, twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The windows overlook Palackého Street and the tower of St. Spirit and a sloping view of Zachary Square from Hradec. There is a dining area and a kitchenette complete with a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a sink. There is no hob, you can use the kitchen for cooking, which is part of the living room on the same floor.
In the attic of the house there is also a stylish double apartment with an open layout. Directly in the room there is a whirlpool for two and a fireplace. The bathroom comes with a shower and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a stovetop, a microwave and an electric kettle.
Open attic layout, whirlpool tub in the area, original 360 ° fireplace, floor of the original attic tiles with underfloor heating. This place will win you over. We placed a double bed in the space and turned the original sleeping area into a small TV and a relaxation area. An extra bed in the form of a single bed has been added to the room, and the dark blue sofa is also a sofa bed. So you can visit the room not only for two, but also with family or friends. The room has a bathroom with a shower and also an equipped kitchen with a built-in refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle and a ceramic hob.
