Hotel U Cerneho Orla - The location is superb! The room is OK and the breakfast also. However, the second day the hotel had a problem with cleaning personnel and they did not clean our room, nor make our beds, but they did not tell us beforehand. We had to ask ourselves what was wrong. Moreover the meals in the restaurant and the terrace-location is very good.

First of all I want to say I and my girlfriend had a lovely time in Telc. But one problem occured that does not amuse me. On the website and in the agreement with you the breakfast is included, however apperently these rooms that we have booked do not include breakfast for that price, additionally we had to pay for the breakfast. I suggest to adjust this on your website, the hotel notified us that they were not aware of this issue. This is for what i understood only the case for the cheapest rooms the other rooms suppose to include the breakfast.
